Our Origin Story

Dr. Dianna Kattengell, AKA, Dr. K, graduated as an optometrist knowing she wanted to own her own practice and live on the West Coast. Over the years, she moved around a little and eventually found that her heart belonged in Santa Monica.

The journey led her to Pacific Pier Optometry, an existing practice in the perfect location. It was meant to be. Dr. K and the previous owner really aligned on their values, and she was in the right place to take the reins.

Breathing fresh air into an existing practice has been an exciting journey for Dr. K, and she’s combining the same trusted eye care you have come to know with wonderful updates you’ll love.
